3rd February - We have added a new feature allowing you to suggest new train records. You can access it under the lists section of the top menu.

30th June - Holiday time - I am on holiday until 10 July. Any queries or problems will be dealt with on my return!

29th April - Apologies to anyone who has been trying to upgrade their account and getting a blank page. This should now be fixed! Thanks!

22nd February - We have finally added a new discussion forum. Please use it to get help with unidentified sightings, open day talk, feature requests etc!

8th February - Quick reminder - please use "DBSO 9701" format for logging sightings of DBSOs so not to conflict with Eurotunnel locos!

23rd December - Merry Christmas everyone! Thanks for all of your support and contributions over the last year.

10th December - We have revamped the menu area of the website and added a new "sightings" page giving you access to all logged sightings organised by date/location

8th May - Minor update to the "your photos" page - you can now filter by "location" to see all of your photos taken at the same place!

30th March - New list for locomotives used by Crossrail and contractors building it.

29th March - We have altered how notes about specific trains are handled. They are now in a "comment" format rather than a single box that anyone can edit.

9th March - New list for Glasgow Subway (GS) - listed by individual cars.

2nd March - You can now edit your email address and password here.

4th February - A few people seem to have problems entering dates in the correct format when logging. To help, we have added a "date picker" which allows you to choose a date.

2nd February - Upgraded members - there is now a dedicated photo upload page which allows you to upload photographs with ease!

25th January - When logging haulage you now have the option to choose whether you were a passenger, driver, or having a cab-ride. You can also filter your haulage accordingly!

7th January - A belated Happy New Year to all! You can now filter the class, operator & preservation lists to show your sightings for all-time or specific years. Trip reports also now have yearly stats along with all-time stats.

24th December - Merry Christmas everyone! Thanks go to all who have joined the website since we launched and made it such a success!

16th December - New "tabs" can be found at the top of lists and train profile pages. These allow you to view all sightings, photographs and your needs.

12th December - If you store your sightings in a database or Excel file and want them adding to the site then please email us for more details!

12th December - Hello to all new members. Remember to check the FAQs page to help you get the most out of the site, and you can contact us if you have any problems, questions or suggestions

7th December - You can now edit the dates on your photos. If you do not know exact dates for older photos, just put something approximate "1990-01-01"

10th November - You can now log sightings directly from the lists - just tick the box on each train's row and fill in the details at the bottom of the page. Useful for mass book transfers etc!

30th October - Long overdue feature - you can now edit your haulage records. Sorry for the delay!

6th October - Haulage logging is now here for upgraded members! It's new, so if you see any problems, please get in touch!

1st October - Upgraded members - you can now filter any photographs you've uploaded by year and class.

30th September - New list for industrial shunters masquerading as BR locos. Be careful when logging sightings, there are two 2957s and two D2959s!

18th September - Slight alteration to trip reports - clicking number goes through to train profile, not edit. To edit/delete a sighting, please use "sightings editor" link at top of trip page.

3rd September - New region-by-region section of preservation lists available to upgraded members.

26th August - DVT and DBSO lists added. Note "DBSO 9701" format for typing DBSOs so not to conflict with Eurotunnel locos. We will not be adding other coaches to the site.

19th August - Upgraded members can now view scrapped/exported trains on the class/operator lists using the new filter at the top of the lists.

19th August - You can now view your older trip reports by using the new "year" filter.

17th August - Eurotunnel list added. Blackpool trams coming soon.

14th August - new website updates page - keep track of what features have been added to the website

13th August - if you've made a mistake with your sightings, there is a new "mass sightings editor" available - link on your daily trip reports.

12th August - thanks for the overwhelming postitive response to the launch of trainlogger. We have compiled a FAQs/Help page to help you with the site.

7th August - We have just launched trainlogger! As it is a new site, there are bound to be a few bugs. If you notice any, please get in touch. Thanks!
